Why are you Passionate about Teaching Music?
I love to teach from a practical approach. I like to develop the ideas that are in my students' heads from the beginning.

What makes you unique from other teachers?
I work hard to introduce my students to new music. I also love to find out what they are listening to.

How would you describe the atmosphere/energy in your teaching studio?
Light, fun and positive while still being productive. I like to remind my students that lesson and practice time is when mistakes are supposed to be made.

What is something fun about you that you would like people to know?
I have a cat named Meemaw and I have been playing with many different bands since I was 18.

What are your passions outside of teaching?
R-O-C-K-I-N-G, Discovering new music, the Alabama Crimson Tide, Vans, talking about pasta dishes with guitar instructor Matt Alemany, and spending time with all of my friends and family.
