Why are you Passionate about Teaching Music?
My teaching passion is to inspire the musician to love and embrace the only instrument you are blessed to carry inside your body. This makes practicing so easy and always a joy! I am extremely positive and optimistic and enjoy letting this flow through my teaching style.

What makes you unique from other teachers?
My degree is in vocal performance, so being trained classically gives a unique edge to build the voice from the foundation up. In this way, you can master any type of singing in a healthy way.

How would you describe the atmosphere/energy in your teaching studio?
The atmosphere in my studio is lighthearted and fun. We do have an agenda and get down to business, but it is so important to embrace the fun and art that is creating music. I love teaching a variety of styles to match each unique individual and their abilities.

What is something fun about you that you would like people to know?
I am a vocalist and recording artist that also travels for concert ministry. It is such a joy to share my love for music in other cities and meet so many people. I love that I can teach anywhere, as well as perform in so many different settings.

What are your passions outside of teaching?
I love to read and sing in my church choir. I enjoy spending time with my three children and husband. Some of my biggest passions are creating music, recording and working on my YouTube channel.
